Big News at the Blue Pig Gallery!

The Blue Pig Gallery has moved to a bigger and better location!

The Blue Pig Gallery, one of the largest privately owned art galleries on the Western Slope of Colorado is under new ownership and is now open in its new location.

On November 8, 2011, the Blue Pig opened its doors at its beautiful new home, 101 West 3rd Street in downtown Palisade. Just down the street from its old location, they are now located on the corner of Third and Main in a beautiful historic building, with nearly 3000 square feet of gallery space. The building boasts 12 foot tin-tiled ceilings, the original 100 year old wood floors and is flooded with light from the large windows.

Thirty five artists now display their work, about a third of whom are returning Blue Pig artists. The remainder are new, and the work of all the artists is exciting, innovative and fresh. The Blue Pig remains a collaborative gallery, displaying an exciting and eclectic range of art including paintings, sculpture, photography, glass, fiber and more.

In addition, our gift gallery, The Piglet, is almost twice as large as it was before. You will be delighted at the variety of affordable art offered there. Our new jewelry collection is really impressive and you will also find scarves, cards, ceramics, and glass. Really something for nearly everyone on your gift list - or just for yourself!
